PEACE DAY!!

Today is the international Peace day, and all the schools of Artà went to the market square. We did banners with a message from peace. Two or three people of every school went there and told a message. From the high school Llorenç Garcies I Font went Martina Puigròs and Maria Nadal from 1st ESO A and I from 1st ESO D. I said NEVER STOP DREAMING. Later all the schools sang a song called RIGHT TO PEACE.

GET ON BIKE ( 20-1-2015)

Hello everyone!!

Last week the students of British Processes Comunication, went to na Caragol. Rosa and I did a presentation of the campaing GET ON YOUR BIKE with a power point and the others saw the presentation. We gave posters, one for the class 6A and another for the school.

The students of na Caragol, paid attention and they asked questions. In general they participated a lot.

Hello!! Today I'm going to talk about GuyFawkes day!
*Guy Fawkes was one of a small group of Catholics.
*They wanted to kill King James and the king's leaders, because when Queen Elizabeth 1st had the throne made laws against the Roman Catholics.
*This tradition started in Great Britain in 1605, when Guy Fawkes, a member of the Gunpowder, was arrested. It'scelebrated every 5 of November.

HALLOWEEN DAY!!!!

Hello everyone! The last Friday was Halloween, and the people of british communication processes, we are doing a post of Halloween!

*ORIGINS OF HALLOWEEN:
Halloween starts 2000 years ago in England, France, Irland and Scotland, with the Celts. Precisely the 31 of October, they celebrated it.

*Now, Halloween is a very popular festivity in the U.S.A , England, Spain,Canada, Mexico...
In this day we go to the houses, and we say "Trick or treat?" , and the people give some candies at the children, and if you don't give them, they can do a little prank.

HELLO!! My name is Caterina and I' m going to write in this blog.

I'm in 1st of ESO in the HighSchool of Artà, Ies Llorenç Garcies i Font.
Well, I like playing the flute, dancing and listening music. In general I like all that have music :) . 
*My favorite films are: Grounds ups, Under the same star, Annabelle and ''Lo imposible''.
*My favorite songs? Well I like a lot of songs, but...I don't have a favorite song. I like so much a song that a girl invented for one of her friends that died on the year 2012. This song remembers me my grandad, because he died when I was 4 years...It's an sentimental song. I like it!
*My favorite serie is: ''La que se a vecina''
